Robert Clem ID’d as Pedestrian Killed in Fatal Quincy Crash on Highway 90
Quincy, Florida (December 4, 2017) – A 55-year-old man was knocked down and killed by a vehicle on Highway 90 in Quincy on Saturday night, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The pedestrian identified as Robert Clem, 55, of Quincy, was killed in the crash that occurred at about 7:00 p.m. Saturday, December 2, on Highway 90 at the intersection of Ward Street.
Clem was struck on the westbound lane of Highway 90 as the driver of the vehicle, Robert Lee, 86, was attempting to cross the highway from south to north, troopers said.
No others injuries were reported from the crash.
Troopers said intoxication was unlikely a factor in the incident.
