Teenagers are becoming more prone to car accidents as the use of vehicles increases along with distractions on the road like cell phone use. Innocent people have to suffer the consequences of other’s negligent actions. Rollover accidents tend to be the deadliest types of car collisions, especially if a person is not wearing a seat-belt. Percy Martinez Law Firm has dealt with many cases involving vehicle crashes that were caused by negligence. Our sadness and disappointment never cease no matter how many cases we handle every year of young children becoming victims of a motorist crash.
Our hearts go out to the Hodges family and to the two teen’s families that are currently in serious condition. Determining who was at fault in the accident and figuring out whether anything can be recovered to pay for any expenses as a result of the accident can be done with the help of a personal injury lawyer from the firm. It is our mission to have the negligent party pay for their actions that led to the harm of an innocent person and their family.
