Israel Lokietek among Four Injured in Duval County Crash on Interstate 10
Duval County, Florida (February 4, 2018) – Four people were transported to hospitals on Saturday night following a three-vehicle collision in Duval County, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
The accident happened at around 9:20 p.m. Saturday, February 3, on Interstate 10, west of U.S. 301.
Troopers said a Pontiac Grand Prix driven by Curtis Bo Burke, 27, was stopped in the right lane on Interstate 10 eastbound when a GMC pickup truck, driven by Israel James Lokietek, 45, slammed into a Chevrolet pickup truck sitting behind the Pontiac.
The impact caused the Chevrolet, driven by Van Eric Aguilar, to strike the Pontiac.
Lokietek, Aguilar and his passengers, Alison Hakes, 41, and Jason Dixon, 44, were all rushed to hospital with serious injuries.
No one else was hurt.
