Broward County, FL – The deadly crash is currently under investigation by the Miami Gardens police that caused two people to be seriously injured, amongst them a child, and one person dead.
The accident took place at around 5 p.m. Tuesday on Northwest 37th Avenue and 213th Street.
One driver had died and their juvenile passenger was taken to Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital with critical injuries, stated Miami Gardens police. The other driver is also in critical condition.
A witness nearby who chose not to reveal their identity stated: “I come out and see if I could render assistance. There were a lot of people. There was a lot of turmoil.” The worse part for that man was how he was unable to assist any of the injured victims, especially the child.
The man stated: “It was very traumatic. It was a traumatic experience. Especially seeing a child lying the road and there’s nothing you can do for them.”
The accident is currently being investigated by the Traffic Homicide officials who do not believe that it was a head-on collision.
The witness said: “Right now my heart and prayers go out to each of the families”.
Only the best could be hoped for by those who watched this dreadful accident that ended in tragedy.
