Fiery Multiple Vehicle Crash on US Highway 19 Kills Barnett Richard Phelps
Tarpon Springs, FL (October 1, 2017) – A three-vehicle crash led to the death of a man Friday night as the vehicle he was in was involved in the incident.
Officials reported the incident to have occurred around 8:15 p.m. on September 29 at the intersection of U.S. Highway 19 and Mango Street.
The report showed that 43-year-old Barrett Richard Phelps rode his Yamaha motorcycle southbound on the Highway when it rear-ended a Ford Mustang that had made a legal u-turn on his lane.
