Drivers Injured in Port St. Lucie Two-Car Crash on U.S. 1
Port St. Lucie, Florida (December 1, 2017) – Two drivers were injured on Thursday morning after their cars collided on U.S. 1, according to the Port St. Lucie Police Department.
The crash took place at about 8 a.m. on Thursday, November 30, at 45th Street and U.S. 1, as per the police report.
It’s unclear what caused the black Scion and a brown SUV that the two victims were driving to crash.
The Port St. Lucie Police Department said both drivers suffered traumatic injuries. A 20-year-old woman was airlifted to Lawnwood Regional Medical Center in Fort Pierce and the other driver, a 60-year-old man, was transported by ambulance to a hospital.
Police are conducting an investigation to determine what led to the accident.
