Best personal injury lawyers in Florida find that a lack of vision is often the source for pedestrian-vehicle fatalities. Often times, drivers are not paying attention to their surroundings and see the pedestrian too late, or other times, it is dark outside and they are unable to see them, as the driver claims it was for this accident. Despite outside forces being the cause for the accident, the driver of the vehicle will still hold some level of responsibility for the wrongful death of Ricardo Calderon. Although his liability will be mitigated, he will still have to answer for this loss of life.
