Person Killed in Hillsborough County Pedestrian Crash on Memorial Highway
Hillsborough County, Florida (February 17, 2018) – A pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle on Friday evening in Hillsborough County, according to a report by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
The crash took place at the intersection of Memorial Highway and Civic Road on Friday, February 16.
There were no details provided on how the accident occurred.
Deputies said the pedestrian was killed in the crash.
The victim’s identity was not immediately released.
The crash caused a closure of the northbound lanes of Memorial Highway and traffic was diverted to Webb Road.
