Yong Rudy Identified as Victim in Deadly Bay County 3-Vehicle Collision

Bay County, Florida (November 8, 2017) – A woman died after she was involved in a multi-car crash Tuesday morning in Bay County, reported the Florida Highway Patrol.
The fatal event unfolded at around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 7 at the intersection of Back Beach Road and Allison Avenue.
Authorities said that Yong Rudy, 86, from Daleville Alabama was a passenger in a Toyota Camry driven by Michael D. Conarton, 86, of Ozark, Alabama.
As per the article, Conarton was headed westbound on Back Beach Road when he turned left onto Allison Avenue and into the path of a Toyota Rav4 traveling eastbound on Back Beach Road. The the two vehicles collided. The impact of the collision caused one of the cars to spin around before striking a third vehicle which was stopped at the intersection.
Rudy suffered grave injuries in the incident and died at the scene while Cornaton was transported to Bay Medical Sacred Heart and is listed in serious condition.
Meanwhile, the drivers of the second and third vehicles, both of Panama City Beach, sustained minor injuries.
An investigation into the fatal incident is ongoing.
