LEVY COUNTY, FL – The crash took place Wednesday on North U.S 19 in Levy County where a 52-year-old Bronson man was killed in a motorcycle accident.
The Florida Highway Patrol reports that the accident occurred around 11 a.m where the victim, Steven P. Miller, crashed in the 2600 block of North U.S 19.
According to witnesses, the motorcycle driver of the 2005 Harley-Davidson drifted off the road onto the east shoulder while he was looking at something on the right-hand side of his bike. The bike flipped over as Miller lost control, throwing him off.
Miller’s body was found with no helmet.
He later died in the UF Health Shands Hospital, stated Florida Highway Patrol.
