A 29-year-old mother of five has died after being thrown out of the back of a motorcycle early Sunday morning on Florida State Road 200 in Yulee, FL.
Florida Highway Patrol officials identified the 29-year-old as Shannon Bollinger.
Bollinger and her husband, 47-year-old Curtis Bollinger were riding on a 2007 Harley-Davidson motorcycle when Curtis lost control at around 1 A.M. Sunday morning.
Shannon landed on the paved roadway where 19-year-old Brandon Graham struck her with his white Hyundai.
Shannon was instantly killed due to the force of impact, leaving five children behind.
Curtis Bollinger was taken to a nearby hospital where he was treated for serious injuries.
Graham and his passenger were not injured.
Florida Highway Patrol’s state that Shannon Bollinger did not have a helmet on and toxicology reports are pending from this accident.
