North Miami Man Richter Flambert Seriously Injured in Car Crash on University Drive in Pembroke Pines

Pembroke Pines, Florida (December 17, 2017) – One person was seriously injured Saturday morning after crashing into several vehicles at an intersection on University Drive in Pembroke Pines.
According to a police report, the accident occurred at around 7:45 a.m. on University Drive at the intersection of Johnson Street.
46-year-old Richter Flambert was driving southbound on University Drive when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into multiple vehicles sitting on a red light at the intersection.
Police said Flambert may have been experiencing a medical problem during the crash.
He was rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood with life-threatening injuries.
Police said two other drivers and two passengers sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to Memorial Regional Hospital.
