Man Killed in Palatka Pedestrian Accident on U.S. Highway 17
Palatka, Florida (February 17, 2018) – A pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle on Friday night in Palatka, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers responded to the crash at around 9 p.m. Friday, February 16, in the area of Reid Street and North 4th Street.
It’s unclear how the crash happened.
Troopers said the pedestrian, a man from Ohio, suffered fatal injuries and died from the crash.
No details were provided on his identity.
FHP is looking into the cause of the accident.
