58-Year-Old Larry Ford Injured in Bradford County Auto-Pedestrian Crash on U.S. 301
Bradford County, Florida (February 8, 2018) – A 58-year-old Hampton man was on Tuesday evening rushed to a hospital after being struck by a vehicle in Bradford County, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
Larry Edison Ford was critically hurt in the incident that happened at around 7:43 p.m. Tuesday, February 6, on U.S. 301 at County Road 18.
Troopers said Ford stepped into the path of a 2013 Buick Verano, driven northbound on U.S. 301 by Lisa Marie Conoryea App, 58, of Jacksonville.
Troopers said App was on a green light when the accident happened.
Ford was transported to UF Health Shands Hospital in critical condition.
No one else was hurt in the accident.
FHP said the crash is under investigation.
