Titusville Woman Kathleen Phillis Killed in Titusville Pedestrian Crash at North Monroe and West Main Streets
Titusville, Florida (February 15, 2018) – A Titusville woman was fatally struck while crossing the street Wednesday evening in Titusville, according to Titusville Police.
The deadly collision took place at around 6:40 p.m. Wednesday, February 14, at the intersection of North Monroe and West Main Streets in Titusville.
The Titusville Police reported that 65-year-old Kathleen Phillis of Titusville was crossing the street when she was hit by a vehicle.
Phillis was taken to Titusville Hospital where she was declared deceased, police said.
According to the report, the dark and rainy condition caused the driver to fail to see Phillis thus struck her.
No charges are expected to be filed in the incident, police said.
