43rd Street and Broadway Two-Car Collision Kills Man
West Palm Beach, FL (October 1, 2017) – Police reported of a man killed in a two-vehicle crash Saturday afternoon as he was sitting under a tree.
West Palm Beach Police reported the incident to have occurred around 4:30 p.m. on September 30 at 43rd Street and Broadway.
The report showed that a black Honda Accord was driving north on Broadway when it struck a white Toyota Camry as it was crossing 43rd Street. After the collision, the Camry changed its direction and struck 65-year-old Jose Raul Segura, who was sitting under a tree.
Segura was killed at the scene.
Tracey Knowles, the driver of the Accord, was uninjured in the crash. Her two children were with Knowles at the time of the crash. They were not injured.
Police do not suspect alcohol to be a factor in the crash.
