The Personal Injury attorneys at the Law Firm of Percy Martinez is all too familiar with head-on collisions that result in wrongful deaths and injuries. The reason for the crash is still unknown, but some negligence must have played a part in this accident because no driver should be traveling to the other side of a lane. It could have been a distraction or maybe some alcohol use, whatever the reason, justice needs to be served. Sadly, Jay Sanders had to pay the price of his life due to another person’s negligent or reckless actions and innocent individuals had to sustain injuries. Our condolences go out to the families of the victim of this terrible accident and our support goes out to the recovery of those who were injured.
