Geena Pabarue and Keisha Perales ID’d as Two Women Killed in Winter Park Two-Vehicle Crash on Orange Avenue
Winter Park, Florida (January 1, 2018) – Police have released the names of the two women killed when two cars collided Sunday evening in Winter Park.
According to a report by the Winter Park Police Department, the wreck occurred at around 5:45 p.m. Sunday, December 31, on Orange Avenue near Westchester Street.
Police said a car driven eastbound on Orange Avenue was traveling at a high rate of speed when it crashed into another car that was attempting to cross at the intersection of Westchester Street.
Geena Brigete Pabarue, 23, and Keisha Nicole Oyola Perales, 23, were riding in the car that was struck and were pronounced deceased at the scene.
Three other people sustained injuries in the crash and were taken to a hospital.
No arrests have been made.
Winter Park Police are investigating the accident and no further details surrounding it were released.
