Twin-Engine Plane Crash in Bartow Municipal Airport Killing Four
Bartow, Florida (December 23, 2017) – Four people were killed when a plane crashed in Bartow Municipal Airport Sunday morning, officials said.
The crash took place around 7:20 a.m. Sunday, December 24, near the end of a runway of the airport.
As per the officials’ report, the aircraft was a twin-engine plane. The visibility was reported by a National Weather Service to be less a quarter-mile at the airport due to fog.
No additional details regarding the crash were provided.
The wreck remains under investigation.
