A 25-year-old man has died in the evening of March 25th after he was ejected from his motorcycle in a fatal crash in Hillsborough County.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, the incident happened at the intersection of Hillsborough Avenue and Sheldon Road. The motorcyclist, Christian Camilo Rozo was on his 2009 Yamaha motorcycle heading west on W Hillsborough Avenue when he failed to stop at a red light.
Rozo crashed into a 2008 Pontiac G6 who was driven by 56-year-old Kentral Glenn Potts.
Rozo’s motorcycle overturned and also crashed into a 2016 Toyota Prius that was driven by 35-year-old Kwok Hang Wong.
Troopers say that Rozo was ejected from his motorcycle and was hit by a 2018 Nissan Altima which was driven by 26-year-old Hope Sandoval.
Christian Camilo Rozo was pronounced dead at the scene. Troopers indicated that Rozo was under the influence and that no one else was injured in the crash.
