Williams’ vehicle was pushed off the road by the impact and into a ditch. She sustained minor injuries.
Richards’ vehicle overturned and landed about 200 feet from the crash scene. She suffered serious injuries in the crash.
According to authorities, Richards faces charges of careless driving while Williams was cited for impeding traffic.
