Bonita Springs Man Dies and Two Sustains Injuries in Seminole County Vehicle Wreck
Seminole County, Florida (January 27, 2018) – One person was killed, and two others sustained injuries when a van crashed into a Lynx bus in Seminole County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The victim, who was the driver of a 2004 Chevy Van, has been identified as 53-year-old Bradley King of Bonita Springs.
The crash transpired at around 9:10 p.m. Thursday, January 25 at the intersection of State Road 436 and Bear Lake Road.
As per the article, the FHP reported that King was heading southbound on State Road 436 in the right lane when he hit the back of a Lynx bus without slowing down. The van then left the roadway and crashed into a tree.
King was pronounced dead at the scene. Two passengers on the bus were transported to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Officers said King was wearing a safety belt at the time of the crash.
An investigation into the collision is going on.
