Orlando Man Ali Davis Killed in Motorcycle Versus Car Crash on Colonial Drive
Orlando, Florida (December 7, 2017) – A 41-year-old man died early Thursday morning when his motorcycle collided with a vehicle in Orlando, according to a police report.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the two-vehicle crash happened at about 1:30 a.m. on Colonial Drive.
Troopers said the driver of a 2014 Hyundai Veloster, Harry Rohrbaugh, 57, of Orlando, veered off his lane and struck the right side of a 2017 Harley-Davidson motorcycle driven by Ali Davis, 41 also of Orlando. The impact pushed the motorcycle off the road, crashing into the northern curb.
Davis was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. He was killed in the accident.
An investigation into the crash being conducted by the Florida Highway Patrol.
