The concept of pedestrian-vehicle accidents is sadly all too familiar to the personal injury lawyers at Percy Martinez Law Firm. For the vast majority of vehicle accidents, negligence plays a key role in its occurrence. Pedestrians are not always blameless; different reasons may have been the cause of this accident, including speeding, distracted driving, intoxicated driving, and running red lights, just to name a few. A pedestrian-vehicle accident is extremely dangerous, the obvious reason being the lack of protection that the pedestrian has from the impact of the vehicle.
Adam Fulbright was exposed 100%, increasing the chances of severe injuries, of which he endured. Severe injuries not only cause pain and suffering, but they also bring extensive medical fees. A lawsuit can help handle the financial burden that a vehicle accident brings the family, in this case, the law firm can help the family recover if there is a presence that negligence took place.
In this case, an 8-year old boy is suffering due to the accident. The cause of the accident is still under investigation but what if the driver was speeding? Or what if the driver was found to be using their cell phone and could have prevented the accident? In those cases, the driver would have acted negligently and the family of Adam Fulbright can seek legal action. The law firm of Percy Martinez sends their best wishes to Adam in his recovery and to the family and friends in this hard moment in their lives. The law firm expresses compassion and empathy towards the victims of pedestrian-vehicle accidents, especially one involving an 8-year old child.
We hope that Adam Fulbright recovers fully and is able to live and experience the great things that life has to offer.
