2 Injured in Orlando Tourist District Crash at International Drive and Carrier Drive
Orlando, Florida (February 16, 2018) – According to Florida Highway Patrol troopers, two pedestrians were hospitalized after they were struck by a hit-and-run driver Thursday night in Orlando.
The incident took place on Thursday, February 15, along International Drive and Carrier Drive in the city’s tourist district.
The FHP said that the two pedestrians were struck by a car which authorities believed to be a white SUV.
The victims sustained minor injuries and were both taken to Dr. Phillips Hospital for treatment while the driver fled the scene, troopers said.
An investigation into the crash remained underway.
